El Cor de Projectes, directed by Jordi Castellà; el grup de guitarres de nivell elemental, amb la direcció de Xavier Gómez; i Els Assossegats, grup d’acordions dirigit per Sònia Peiró, van actuar juntament amb el Cor Dakapo i l’orquestra d’acordions d’Hernani a la capella de la Milagrosa, Saturday 27 d'abril, com a culminació de la tornada de l’intercanvi entre els centres musicals d’ambdues localitats.
El grup de guitarres va oferir un programa amb obres d’Szordilowsky, Norman, Piovani, Phillips i Valeriano. Els cors van participar per separat i conjuntament amb obres d’Ugalde, Alcaraz, Whitacre i Billie Eilish. Ja en una tercera part, els grups d’acordions dirigits per Maribel Insausti i Sònia Peiró interpretaren obres de Rossini, Rodgers, Merkies i Planavilla en arranjaments d’E. Sala i S. Peiró. I culminaren totes les formacions damunt l’escenari amb la coneguda “I’m Still Standing” d’Elton John.
L’expedició cerverina també fou rebuda institucionalment a l’Ajuntament d’Hernani i a part dels assajos van tenir temps de gaudi,
de conèixer altres alumnes amb les mateixes inquietuds i de fer una visita guiada al Museu Chillida d’Hernani.
Una activitat més per encoratjar els alumnes i donar sentit al temps d’estudi que duen a terme setmanalment.

For the first time in history, the three finals of the European Classic Billiards Championships (banda, painting 47/2 and box 71/2) they are played in the same city, Cervera, where the Casal hosts the Tuesday meetings 30 from April to Sunday 5 May.

Of the 28 d'April 17 from May Cervera's educational centers join the Let's Clean Up Europe initiative 2024, which consists of waste collection actions dumped in different natural areas of the municipality.
L’activitat serà possible gràcies al treball en xarxa dels centres, the Cervera Environmental Education Plan, the Municipal Services of La Paeria de Cervera and the Waste Area of the Regional Council of La Segarra.
Els centres que hi participen i els espais que netejaran són els següents:
Jaume Balmes School: Primary School students, al Parc Mas Duran; alumnat de tercer, la llera del riu Ondara fins a Sant Pere el Gros; de quart, l’entorn del Sindicat; cinquè, l’entorn de l’escola i el camí dels Pagesos; i sisè, entorn del carrer Guernika i camí de les Forques.
La Segarra Institute: l’alumnat de 1r d’ESO netejarà tres espais: the sports area and the surroundings of the institute, el camí de la Cardosa fins al Clot de Sant Magí, i el carrer Sanaüja i voltants del camp de futbol.
Les Savines School: la comunitat educativa hi participarà actuant a la zona del Bosquet, el descampat del costat i la plaça de Jaume Magre.
Antoni Torroja Institute: alumnat de 2n d’ESO actuaran en dos trams de les Muralles, del camí dels Pagesos als safaretjos i de la porta dels Pous als safaretjos.
School Mn. Josep Arques: l’alumnat de 4t, al parc infantil dels Bombers i el voral de la via del tren; el de 5è, l’entorn de l’escola i el passeig de l’Estació; i 6è, la llera del riu Ondara fins a Fiol.
El Centre Ocupacional l’Espígol també s’afegeix a les jornades i faran neteja oberta a la ciutadania dels voltants de la Caserna i a Ciutat Jardí.
Les actuacions promogudes pel Centre Ocupacional l’Espígol i per l’Institut La Segarra, he Friday 10 May, from the 10 hours, seran obertes a la participació de la ciutadania. A resta d’actuacions hi participarà la comunitat educativa de cada centre. Podeu consultar el cartell amb les dates i horaris.

The Project Choir of the Conservatory of Cervera has won one of the Josep Anselm Clavé Awards 2023 of Choral Singing in Catalonia, in the category of "Best recording of choral singing", for the recording of "Quatre Cançons de Gerard López Boada".
The heart is made up of: Ruth Rius, Soraya Sanchez, Anastasia Mostishko, Julia Bonet, Sara Pomez, Aran Sala, Anna from Rica, Barbara Torres, Berta Inglavaga and Clara Pallès; Marc Spanish, on the floor; George and Spanish, to the direction.
The prestigious Clavé Awards, which this year reach the 6th edition, they are convened annually by the Clavé Choir Federation with the aim of disseminating and promoting the best works of the choral music scene in Catalonia.
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 17 May, a l’Espai El Celler de Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.

La Paeria de Cervera va organitzar, Saturday 20 d'abril, un sentit acte de reconeixement i homenatge a la professora i historiadora M. Teresa Salat Noguera (Cervera, 1946-2023), en què es va lliurar el títol de filla predilecta de la ciutat a la seva família.
Van recollir el títol Núria Vázquez Salat i Lluís Vázquez Pueyo, filla i marit de M. Teresa Salat, respectively, que van dedicar unes sentides paraules d’agraïment per l’acte i van signar al Llibre d’Honor de la Paeria.
Durant l’homenatge van intervenir el paer en cap, Jan Pomés; els representants de l’Espitllera – Fòrum d’Estudis Segarrencs, Max Turull i Maria Garganté; i la que fou tècnica de l’extint Centre Municipal de Cultura, Ana Bellido.
Van coincidir a destacar l’enorme compromís de M. Teresa Salat amb Cervera i la Segarra i la seva valuosa aportació a la divulgació del patrimoni històric, artístic i documental.
També van intervenir els familiars Antoni Salat i Lluís Vázquez, germà i marit de Teresa Salat, respectively, que van la recordar de manera molt emotiva.
A l’acte, que va tenir lloc a la Sala de Plens de la Paeria, hi van assistir familiars de Teresa Salat, representants d’entitats culturals de Cervera i comarca, i nombrosos ciutadans, que van poder seguir-lo des de la Sala de Quadres. Ara es pot visualitzar al canal de Youtube de la Paeria de Cervera.
De manera prèvia, els Campaners de Cervera van realitzar el Toc d’Homenatge, un repic especial de les campanes com a mostra de reconeixement a una persona destacada.
La concessió del títol a la historiadora i professora M. Teresa Salat Noguera (Cervera, 1946-2023) es va aprovar per unanimitat al Ple de la Paeria del 27 of November 2023, en una proposta que també tenia el suport de 40 entitats locals.
La finalitat és reconèixer públicament la seva aportació a la divulgació del patrimoni històric, artístic i documental del municipi.

El CEI Cervera disposa en aquests moments de dos mòduls de 60 m2 amb tots els serveis a punt per a persones emprenedores que vulguin iniciar una activitat o per a empreses que decideixin dur a terme un nou producte o servei.
Està ubicat al polígon industrial de la ciutat, on es van habilitar set mòduls de 60 m2 per a nous negocis.
El seu objectiu és potenciar i millorar el teixit industrial i empresarial de la ciutat i comarca donant suport, above all, a les persones que inicien la seva activitat i que, Besides, aportin innovació, generin riquesa i ocupació al territori.
La gestió de l’equipament i l’assessorament empresarial va a càrrec de la Paeria de Cervera.
En aquests moments estan ocupats cinc mòduls i n’hi ha dos de disponibles. Les persones interessades podeu demanar informació del funcionament i els preus a cei@cervera.cat.

La formació que aplega tots els instruments de vent i percussió del Conservatori va actuar, Sunday 22 d'abril, dins del XLV Cicle de Concerts de Primavera, organized by the Association of Friends of Music of Cervera, en un concert que ja vol ser una tradició pels voltants de Sant Jordi.
La formació, directed by Xesco Grau, interpretà el popular Bolero de Ravel, the Vals de les flors de Txaikowski, The legend of Zelda de Koji Kondo, una selecció de Cats i del Fantasma de l’òpera de A. Lloyd Webber, The popular Bohemian Rhapsody de F. Mercury i una selecció d’El Rei Lleó de Hans Zimmer en arranjament de J. Higins.
The concert, que va tenir lloc a l’Auditori Municipal de Cervera, tingué una gran acollida per un nombrós públic que omplí el recinte.

Un grup de cantaires de nivell elemental del Conservatori de Música de Cervera van participar, Saturday 20 d'abril, a la cantata juvenil “El Jove Anselm Clavé”, a l’Auditori de Barcelona, escrita amb motiu del 200è aniversari del naixement d’aquesta figura essencial en la música catalana.
more 600 alumnes d’escoles i conservatoris de Catalunya, la Coral de Caramelles de Begues i la Societat Coral Joventut Tianenca han participat en aquest esdeveniment musical, organitzat per la Federació de Cors de Clavé, amb el suport del Departament d’Educació de la Generalitat de Catalunya i la col·laboració de l’Associació de Conservatoris de Catalunya, l’Associació d’Escoles de Música de Catalunya i les Escoles de Música d’Iniciativa Privada Associades de Catalunya.
The work, escrita per la compositora Andrea de Escalada, ha estat dirigida musicalment per Claudia Dubé, amb la direcció escènica a càrrec de Ruth Garcia i un nodrit grup d’actors, que van donar vida als personatges i les històries amb una bella interpretació, tot transportant-nos al temps de la vida i obra de Clavé.
L’acte fou presidit per la consellera d’Educació de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Anna Simó i Castelló, i un nodrit públic va seguir amb impaciència tota la història.
Els alumnes de cant coral, amb l’ajuda de Núria Mas -professora de cant coral- i la directora Estefania Balcells, que encapçalava la comitiva cerverina, han tingut una grata experiència en un concert coral cantat en un lloc immillorable com l’Auditori de Barcelona.
