The Cervera Choral Group organizes a concert by the vocal quartet Metropolitan Union, champions of Spain 2023 in the barbershop music genre. The performance is scheduled for Sunday 11 February, them 19.30 hours, the Auditorium of the University.
The Choral Group of Cervera (currently formed by the Lacetània Choir, the Ginesta Choir and the Nova Cervera Children's Choir), coinciding with the Feast of the Most Holy Mystery, organize for next Sunday 11 February, them 19.30 hours at the Paranimf of the University, a concert by the vocal quartet Metropolitan Union, champions of Spain 2023 in the musical genre barbershop.
This is an interesting musical proposal barbershop which will surprise you with its energy and harmonic power. You will get to know the music that was sung and listened to in American barbershops at the beginning of the 20th century and you will surely recognize more than one. Incredibly long and powerful static chords with an impasto and voice timbre designed to impress your ears. A formidable vocal deployment carried out with only the four male voices: Daniel Morales (tenor), Martí Donate (lead), German de la Riva (down) i Joan Mas (baritone).
