Cerverí rider Marc Marquez has achieved victory in the Grand Prix and Thailand have won the world MotoGP for the sixth time.
With the victory in Thailand, Marc Márquez has been proclaimed world champion of MotoGP 2019 -eighth career World esportiva-, in the absence of four races to conclude the season.

Marc Márquez made a good start, completing the first lap in second place and escaping with Fabio Quartararo the rest of his pursuers.
The Repsol Honda rider has maintained a conference of French throughout the test and signed the triumph of progress in the last lap and holding its position in the last corner.
Statements Marc Márquez:
“I am very, very happy. When you have an advantage as I had, you realize that you are very close to winning the championship but you need to find something to keep you motivated. Today was to win the race and that's what I did. Fabio was very fast throughout the test, but I have never surrendered; even when half of the race looked like it was slipping away. It was a nice way to win the title, although they are not thinking about this for the last lap. Reaching the park closed the whole Repsol Honda team has been fantastic; a dream to achieve it with the fan club complete with a good celebration. Every season is special, Perfection is not easy to maintain every year to fight for the title. Besides, I had a very hard winter with injury, but the team, HRC and I manage well.

The first appearance before the media as Marc Márquez MotoGP World Champion 2019 is Tuesday 8 d'October to Madrid. The press officer of the Repsol Honda team will be at the Campus Repsol 9.15 hours.
