The Paeria Government Team lifts the suspension of cultural activities, of performing arts and music planned for the Festival, which resume on Wednesday 2 September with the parade "El Petit Circ" by the company Fadunito.
Activities of the Festival of the 2 al 5 September
This week the parade "El Petit Circ" takes place, by the Cervera company Fadunito, Wednesday 2 September. It is a traveling show, which begins at 19 hours in the Plaza del Sindicat.
The “Ganes de Dijous” initiative continues, with which six restaurants in the city offer promotions to go out to dinner every Thursday until the 24 September.
Saturday 5 a new theatrical visit to the University is organized, with the Cerea company Alea Teatre. The visit is at 12 hours and a prior reservation must be made at the Tourist Reception Center (tel. 974 53 44 42).
At the 20 hours the theatrical visit is through the medieval Cervera, with Margarida “slave of Menàrguens”. The seats to attend this staging are sold out.
“Festive, moments of art and marinade ”
The Economic Promotion Area, Tourism, Culture and Festivals of the Paeria de Cervera organizes the "Festiuada", a program of more than 40 small format activities in various spaces in the city, most by groups, local companies and entities.
Activities began on 22 of July and end on 12 September. They are being very well received by the public, which fills the planned gauging. All events are scheduled in accordance with current health measures.
The project aims to support and promote local and county groups, all of them of a great artistic level, and activate festive life, cultural and economic of Cervera. Commitment to culture and tourism as key sectors for the economic reactivation of the municipality.
